Solo: a retrospective of the artwork of Antonia Winsor
For this year, the gallery will be featuring mostly the work of its main contributor Antonia Winsor
in an on-going exhibition called Solo. "Although 2007 was a successful year for the gallery in
terms of press coverage and sales, as a practising artist I find I need to address my own work
first and foremost rather than the job of curating regularly changing exhibitions. It has been
great fun though."
Artwork will of course be considered from other artists if it is of particular interest
to the theme of the work displayed in the gallery. Please contact us in the usual way.

Dear Artists — call for submissions
For the next exhibition from Galerie Resonance we will be returning to a theme,
this time one of joyful celebration entitled 'Festival'. It can be interpreted
however you choose according to mood, expression, colour, concept in whatever media
best expresses the idea.
The exhibition will open on Thursday 25 October with the preview night for all
exhibiting artists, press and guests starting at 7pm with drinks and nibbles.
'Festival' will run from Oct 26–Dec 29, and is open Mon–Sat 10–4.30pm.
We are now always listed in the Guardian, Telegraph, Times and Independent newspapers
on Saturdays and do get very good local coverage
from The Echo in Loughborough, so we will continue to draw interest
from potential viewers and buyers.

The big fundraiser & competition: Open Summer — open to all artists.
ITV Central News has recently featured one of our Leicestershire's local charities, STEPS, a
Conductive Education Centre for children with cerebral palsy, but in order to keep
going they need money! We are running a big fundraising event and inviting all artists to
participate in an exhibition called Open Summer. To raise money we are giving £5 for every
artwork entry fees received and for a 20p vote, the general public will be invited to choose
their favorite piece of artwork, with a cash prize given to the winner.
We are now open for entries, to request an entry form please email us at
